This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on PawPulse, operated by Shopinex Global. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order processing may be delayed during high-volume periods, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

Delivery availability may vary based on serviceability of the customer’s location by our logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Non-metro Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, regulatory checks, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, minimum order values, or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes and is subject to verification.
  • PawPulse reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, high-risk pin codes, or customers with a history of order refusals or RTOs.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can track your order using the link provided or by contacting our customer support.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

PawPulse shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused due to: – Incorrect or incomplete address – Incorrect phone number – Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Any additional shipping or re-dispatch charges arising from such issues shall be borne by the customer.

Failed Delivery & RTO

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer refusal, non-availability, or incorrect details:

  • COD orders will not be eligible for refund
  • Prepaid orders may be refunded after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges
  • Re-dispatch will be initiated only after confirmation and prepayment of applicable charges

Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, or
  • Capture clear photos/videos and inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims raised beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

Force Majeure

PawPulse shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or logistical disruptions.
